Ink RushPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Ink Rush game for iOS and Android ("the app") handles, why, and the choices you have. Ink Rush is made by muranoki3 ("we", "us").
1. Information the app handles
Game data on your device
Stage results, best times, achievements, coins, styles, settings (sound volume, music track, mute) and the current Endless season are saved on your device. If you do not sign in, this information stays on your device.
Online account (optional)
You can sign in with Google (Android) or Apple (iPhone and iPad). When you do:
- Account identifiers. Google or Apple gives a sign-in token to Unity Authentication, which creates a player ID linked to your Google or Apple account identifier. The app does not ask for, show or store your name or email address. Unity Authentication also assigns a random ranking name.
- Game progress. Your stage results, best times, achievements, coins, styles, Endless best distances and a record of recent runs (used so a reward is never paid twice) are stored with Unity Cloud Save.
- Endless ranking. Your ranking name and your best Endless distance of the month are shown to other players. The ranking resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month and past months are not kept.
- Server checks. Our server code (Unity Cloud Code) checks reported runs for values a real run cannot produce. Its logs may contain your player ID.
Optional ads
The app shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one (to double a reward or continue a run). Ads are provided by Unity Ads through Unity LevelPlay. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, these services may collect device and app information, your IP address, your advertising ID (Android) or identifier for vendors (iOS), and how you interact with ads. The app does not ask for permission to track you on iOS, so it does not access the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). See Unity's privacy policy for game players for how Unity uses this information.
What the app does not do
- No analytics or tracking tools of our own.
- No in-app purchases; coins are earned in the game.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
- Rating prompts are shown by Apple or Google; we do not receive your rating or review through the app.
2. How we use information
- To save your progress and restore it on your devices.
- To run the Endless ranking.
- To grant coins and rewards, and to stop cheating.
- To show the ads you choose to watch.
- To answer your questions and requests.
3. Service providers
We use these providers to run the app. They process information on our behalf or under their own policies, and may process it outside your country, including in the United States.

We do not sell or rent your information.
4. Keeping and deleting your information
- Delete your account in the app: in the menu, open the account icon and choose DELETE ACCOUNT. This deletes your online account, your saved progress and your ranking entry. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes Ink Rush's access to your Apple ID. See Delete your account for other ways to ask.
- Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Progress you made as a guest before signing in stays on the device after your account is deleted.
- Ranking entries last until the monthly reset unless you delete your account first.
- Server logs are kept by Unity for a limited period under its retention rules.
5. Children
Ink Rush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can play without signing in, choose not to watch ads, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact us at the address below. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
7. Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Only our server code can change your saved progress and ranking entry.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
